【Event Report】Special Rugby Program for Families(1/14)
Toshiba Brave Lupus Tokyo held the programs to tours and events for forign tourists on Sunday, January 7, 2024, when the team hosts Kubota Spears Funabashi Tokyo Bay at Todoroki Athletics Stadium, and on Sunday, January 14, 2024, when it hosts Mie Honda Heat at Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium.
Special Rugby Program for Families（January 14, 2024）
This program is specifically for families looking to know everything about Toshiba Brave Lupus Tokyo in one day! We gathered early in the morning when it was so cold.
We visited the clubhouse at Toshiba Fuchu Complex and played for a day in the Lupus academy team.
Afterwards, we went to Okunitama Shrine in the host area, Fuchu City, to pray for Toshiba Brave Lupus Tokyo’s victory and future success!
After praying, we headed to the Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium.
We took a stadium tour with a quiz. We studied the workings of doping control, the medical staffs, and the other people who support the games.
We also toured the locker rooms, the pitch before the game, and the guest rooms used by the royal family and VIPs!
We watched the game from the sky terrace next to the guest room.
Ambassador Hitoshi Ohno gave a talk show, and the non-members of the day,Mamoru Harada, Jacob Pierce, Taiki Matsunobu and Jone Naikabula, watched the game together.
Toshiba Brave Lupus Tokyo showed its full potential and won the game!
After the game, Leach Michael came to visit us. He answered variety of questions directly from the children.
